Seng Chong co-founded Yeoman Capital Management with his wife in 1999.
Prior to that, Seng Chong worked in the corporate and government sectors. He was Corporate General Manager at listed Centrepoint Properties from 1995 to 1999, China properties General Manager at listed Metro Holdings from 1994 to 1995 and Deputy Director of International Marketing at listed Singapore Technologies Industrial Corp from 1990 to 1994. He was at the Singapore Trade Development Board from 1984 to 1989, including 4 years as Assistant Commercial Representative at the Singapore diplomatic mission based in Beijing. He began his career as an engineer with engineering contracting firms McDermott International and CDC Construction Pte Ltd from 1981 to 1984.
Seng Chong graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from McGill University, Canada and holds a postgraduate PED diploma from IMD, Switzerland. He is a registered PE with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore since 1987.

Eng Keong joined Yeoman Capital Management in 2015.
Before joining Yeoman Capital, he covered the Taiwan and Korea equity markets at AGF Asset Management Asia for 3 years. His work experience also includes 7 years in the civil service spanning the environmental and labour ministries overseeing national policies in anti-pollution, solid waste management, water industry development and labour.
Eng Keong holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and California Institute of Technology respectively. He graduated with an MBA (Accountancy & Finance) from the Nanyang Technological University in 2012. He is a CFA Charter Holder and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

Senior Investment Analyst & Assistant Portfolio Manager
Kee Beng joined Yeoman Capital Management in 2013.
Before joining Yeoman Capital Management, he was Assistant Director with the Singapore Department of Statistics and headed the Time Series team responsible for performing seasonal adjustment for the country’s economic time series.
Kee Beng holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantitative Finance from the National University of Singapore. He is a CFA Charter Holder.
